Projekt collated and managed a multi-disciplinary consultant team for this international design competition where the clients brief demanded an exemplary, bold, distinctive and elegant new community hub, consisting of a community hall and sports pavilion set in a well designed landscape including playing fields.  Our concept followed a linear route through the site, with facilities placed either side of this route.  The building form was that of an upturned cricket bat, providing a very visual, tactile and aesthetically pleasing building section and integrated roof top viewing platform.
